Օգոստոսի 16-ին ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի Երիտասրդական գրասենյակի նախաձեռնությամբ Ծաղկաձորում մեկնարկել է ՀՅԴ ԱՊՀ երկրների ուսանողական բանակումը: Բանակումին մասնակցում են ավելի քան 100 ուսանողներ:
Մասնակիցների առջեւ օգոստոսի 17-ին «Կազմակերպվածության անհրաժեշտությունը եւ Սփյուռքի կազմակերպվածության կարեւորությունը» թեմայով դասախոսությամբ հանդես եկավ ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչ Հրանտ Մարգարյանը։
«Սփյուռքի կազմակերպվածությունն անհրաժեշտ է, որ հայը հայ մնա դրսում, եւ ավելին՝ հնարավորություն ունենա հայ մնալու եւ օգնության միջոց դառնալու իր հայրենիքի համար։ Հայաստանը բոլորիս հայրենիքն է, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ բոլորն էլ իրենց իրավունքներն ու պարտականություններն ունեն այդ Հայաստանի առջեւ»,-ասաց Հ. Մարգարյանը եւ հավելեց. «Հայապահպանությունը Հայաստանից դուրս նշանակում է լողալ հոսանքի հակառակ ուղղությամբ։ Բայց այդ հայապահպանությունը թերի է, եթե չի գործում ազգային-քաղաքական կազմակերպվածությամբ»։
Անդրադառնալով աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում հայերի բողոքի կամ պայքարի դրսեւորումներին, ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչը շեշտեց.
«Աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում մենք թուրք կամ ադրբեջանցի ազգի դեմ չենք պայքարում, մենք ռասիստներ չենք։ Մենք պարզապես հայ ժողովրդի քաղաքական պահանջներն ենք ներկայացնում»։
