Ղարաբաղցուն ասել` Արցախը Հայաստան է, նշանակում է ասել` ես եմ քո վարչապետը, քո իշխանությունը շինծու է: Այս մասին «Վերնատուն» հասարակական-քաղաքական ակումբի միավորիչ հավաքին հայտարարեց ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի նախկին ներկայացուցիչ Հրանտ Մարգարյանը` անդրադառնալով ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը, թե «Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ»:

Մարգարյանը նշեց, թե այդ հայտարարությունն ուղղված է ոչ թե ադրբեջանցիներին, ոչ թե աշխարհին, այլ հենց Արցախի ժողովրդին:

«Երբ վարչապետը հայտարարում է` արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորումը պետք է ընդունելի լինի երեք կողմերի` Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի համար, հետո էլ ընդգծում, թե Հայաստանի երեք նախագահներից ոչ մեկը նման բան չի ասել, ենթատեքստն այն է, որ ինքը պատրաստ է մի հավելյալ բան զիջել, որը նախորդները պատրաստ չէին զիջել: Ես զարմանում եմ` էլ ինչ պետք է զիջի, որ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանից շատ զիջի, մյուսներն էլ` ոչինչ, բայց այս անորոշությունը պայքարող, մարտնչող ժողովրդի քաղաքական ղեկավարության կեցվածք չէ»,-հավելեց Հրանտ Մարգարյանը:

Վերջինիս համոզմամբ` եթե մի ղեկավարություն ուզում է ժողովրդին ոտքի հանել և իրենից թվով, հնարավորություններով ավելի մեծ ուժի հաղթել, պետք է միասնականություն ստեղծի ժողովրդի մեջ, հայրենասիրություն ստեղծի, համախմբի:

«Իսկ հիմա այդպե ՞ս է, թե ՞ օր օրի պառակտում է, քայքայում է, «սև ու սպիտակ» է, ղարաբաղցի-հայաստանցի տարանջատում է: Իշխանությունները նվաստացնում են բոլորին, ովքեր փորձում են խոսել: Ով հեռուստացույցից երկու անգամ ելույթ է ունենում, թալանի ու կոռուպցիայի հոդված են կպցնում պոչին»,-ասաց Մարգարյանը` նշելով, թե կոռուպցիան ու թալանը այլևս ոչ թե իրական երևույթներ են, որ պետք է պարզվեն, և հանցագործները պատժվեն, այլ տեռորի միջոց են քաղաքական միտքն ու խոսքը խեղդելու համար:

Հրանտ Մարգարյանը նշեց`պատերազմի հավանականություն կա: «Մենք պատրաստվու՞մ ենք պատերազմի, թե չենք պատրաստվում, իսկ եթե պատրաստվում ենք, պատրաստվում ենք, որ պարտվե՞նք, թե «պարտեցնելու» ենք, որ հաղթենք: Մենք այս ձևով չենք կարող գնալ կռվի և հաղթել: Կռվի պետք է գնանք և հաղթենք, եթե ունենք հզոր բանակ. ի՞նչ է այսօրվա մեր վիճակը` վարկաբեկված սպայական կազմ, բանակ, որից խոսում են` միայն թալանին ու կոռուպցիային անդրադառնալով, որտեղ նույնիսկ Ապրիլյան պատերազմի նահատակներն են շահարկման նյութ դառնում»,-ասաց Հրանտ Մարգարյանը նշելով, թե ամենամեծ երևույթը, որ այսօր տեսնում է հասարակության մեջ, վախն է. «Ոչ անպայման վախ ֆիզիկական հալածանքից, այլ խայտառակ լինելուց, մարդկանց խոսակցության նյութ դառնալուց: Այդ վախն այսօր ավելի է կաշկանդում, քան` եթե ստալինյան ռեժիմ լիներ, բռնեին Սիբիր ուղարկեին: Իմ կոչն է` չվախենալ ոչ մի բանից»:
